Partial Wedding Planning

For those who already have your dream design in mind, partial planning is a great place to start! You have poured over Pinterest and Instagram and love making design boards. This is a great package for the couple who has some time to plan their wedding but also has a work and personal life to attend to! Partial Planning takes some of the work load off you to find the perfect vendors.

I assist with sourcing, communicating vision and design, obtaining proposals, and contracting with the following vendors: florals, rentals, lighting, and everything else related to design. I work closely with the design team throughout the planning process and on the big day to create the look you have conceptualized for your wedding. 

For any vendors other than design vendors, I will give you two to three recommendations in each vendor category and introduce you via email to your favorites. Recommended vendors can include everything from entertainment and photographers to photo booths and tailors, and everything in between. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain proposals and decide which vendor to hire. Once vendors are contracted, we jump into manage vendors and answer those daily emails or phone calls.

Partial Planning includes attendance to two meetings at your venue, as well as thorough communication with your venue from the time of onboarding through the day of your event. I will provide vendors with detailed timelines, instructions, schematics, and pictures so everyone has all the pertinent information for your big day!
