If you have booked your venue and major vendors, or simply need assistance with vendor recommendations, this package is a great fit. I am available to you during the entire planning process, and get to know you well enough to be able to make decisions on your behalf on your wedding day. Consider me your wedding planning guru!
Working side by side with my clients allows me to answer questions, assist with final vendor recommendations, and ensure that the event you envisioned comes to life. Event Management includes attendance to one meeting at your venue, as well as thorough communication with your venue from the time of onboarding, through the planning of your event, and on the day of your event.
I will provide a list of recommended vendors whose style complements the overall vision of your wedding. It is the client’s responsibility to reach out to their favorite vendors in each category, obtain proposals, and contract with vendors. Once vendors are contracted, we jump in to manage them. Recommended vendors can include everything from entertainment and florals to paper goods and tailors, and everything in between.
After you contract with the vendors, I act as the liaison between you and all vendors so you do not have to answer daily emails and phone calls. I will provide vendors with detailed timelines, instructions, schematics, and pictures so everyone has all the pertinent information for your big day!
Additional services can be provided à la carte or custom packages may be created based on the above options or based upon the needs of each individual client.
I can add rehearsal dinner, welcome party or bunch planning and/or management to any package.
I am available for full weekend planning.
I only take on one wedding each weekend to give my clients the full attention they deserve on their big day.
Full Planning or Partial Planning are required when:
The event does not have a venue secured.
A venue or design requires rentals other than linens and chargers (items such as tables, chairs, glassware, flatware etc.).
Major installation like pipe and drape is required.
Events are being held at more than one venue.
Our Full Planning Package is required when:
Events involve a tent(s) or structures to be built.
